We’re delighted that our Bellhouse lab in Oxford has been awarded a Gold standard certification from MyGreenLab.
Making a positive impact on global food security and climate change is important, but we want to do it in a sustainable way.
In early 2024, Moa partnered with MyGreenLab, a not-for-profit organisation, to benchmark and improve the environmental sustainability of our Bellhouse research laboratory across 19 different areas, ranging from green chemistry to waste management.
My Green Lab certification is regarded as the gold standard in the industry, and has been named by the UNFCCC as one of the key breakthroughs required in the pharma and biotech sectors to help the world reach net zero by 2050.
We are especially pleased to have achieved Gold certification in our first year, and look forward to further progress in years to come, including rolling out best practices to all our labs.
